I recently went online trying to learn more about Happycall...well, we don't just happen to know about certain products, sometimes we spent hours, days, weeks, months or even years to learn about our products...:)
I came across a customer's blog, giving her view on Happycall.
How I wish I could explain to her personally why Happycall is different from what she has bought. Many customers commented about the fact that they probably could not afford Happycall because of the price, we understood and respect that but it is a misconception to feel that what she has bought is more or less the same.
The quality of non- stick quoting is very important when it comes to buying a non stick product. Happycall is using ceramic titanium quoting, not Teflon. We have another brand-Scanpan( Denmark), at least 50% more expensive than Happycall uses ceramic titanium quoting as well.
What I am trying to say here is that as a consumer, you have the right to know what you are buying.... Ask questions. You will be using the products and for goodness sake, you will be cooking your foods with the products. What non- stick quoting? If the products use Teflon, What Teflon quoting? Classic? Select? Platinum? Die cast? What is die cast? What about Stainless steel? Hard Anodized? Even Tefal.... There are many different qualities and grades. And trust me, the low quality Tefal stick if you do not know how to care about the product.
A trusted brand usually gives us better assurance on the quality of the products but you still need to know what you are paying for, isn't it? I am not saying that non branded products are bad products, but really, please ask the salesperson what exactly you are paying for.
Despite all these issues, I am glad that Happycall continues to be doing well......I guess more and more customers realized about the benefits of owning a genuine Happycall and I thank you those who are giving themselves a chance to experience the products.
