Today, we are in our 10th year...

Happy Anniversary.....

Really...it all feels like well within a blink of eyes. And suddenly we are 10 years older now.

We would like to think that this is only a beginning, just like many customers who always ask us the same question, "Are you guys new here?" We are discovering new customers everyday while being discovered.

The journey hasn't been easy, we have our ups and downs. If we have to name one event that had made our road bumpier along the way, it has to be the deadliest tsunami that hit us in 2004 on Boxing Day. We were just a baby learning to crawl then, so it was tough...tough to even just to hang in there in fact. We somehow made it through one year after the event.

We learn along the way while things started to become smoother. We might have making a lot of mistakes along the way, but it's all because we were and are still trying to serve you better. Similarly, mistakes made at the management level because we strive to treat our staffs better....:)

Today, our principle is still the same, that is "we care about your satisfaction of duty free shopping with us". This is a company's mission and it will still be the same when we hit our 20th or 30th Anniversary in the future.

We want to say "Thank You" to all our loyal customers who have been sticking to us since our first day, we also want to invite all the potential customers to pay us a visit when you happen to be on our beautiful island of Langkawi.

Last but not least, to all our former and current staffs, you guys are the best.

Weather Update April 2013....maybe May 2013??

The rainy season is here, though not many rainy days throughout the month of April but we know it's here and May 2013 should be wet. If you are new to the island, do not worry as rarely the rains could last for the whole day. When it's hot, it's scorching hot still though we the locals do welcome the on and off rains as they cool down the heat quite a bit. This year has been crazily hot, wonder what can we do to freeze off global warming??

Langkawi has been very hot since December 2012. We thought March is gonna be cooler but nope...could hardly find any clouds at times and looks like it is gonna be like this for a while.
